Venue
All events of the 1st Inflammation & Cancer Summer School, including lunches and dinners for the participants, will be held in the Fodele Beach Hotel.

Special Rates
Reduced hotel rates have been arranged with the hotel. Please note that the hotel will accept reservations at the special rates, only if booked through the Summer School Secretariat. The hotel is located at Fodele Bay, approximately 25 Km west from Heraklion International Airport [HER].

All participants and their accompanying people are entitled to the event-only special rates throughout the event period, including any consecutive additional days before or after the event.

Hotel Reservation
Hotel reservation will not be considered finalized until payment is confirmed. Payment will be confirmed by e-mail.

You can extend your stay for short vacation. In case you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, please indicate it in the registration form in order to obtain the special rates.

All Inclusive:
- Full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner) buffet style
- Drinks during lunch and dinner
- Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are served from 10.00 until 24.00 with no consumption limit
- Evening tea or coffee
- Greek night at the restaurant, once a week
- Day and night animation programs
- Special children’s place (Mini Club)
- Sports (windsurfing, sea bikes, canoe from 10.00 until 16.00, beach volley, basket, table tennis, darts (open space), mini golf, archery, tennis, gym


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations e-mailed by 31 August 2010 will be refunded, less 20 Euros (€) deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration fees will be refunded for cancellations e-mailed between between 11 August and 15 September 2010. No refunds will be made after 15 September 2010.
